Technical principle:
The higher the ultrasonic frequency, the better the welding accuracy, but the smaller the relative power, the smaller the amplitude.
15kHz ultrasonic welding machine power is divided into: 2600W, 3200W, 4200W.It is easier to make larger sizes and has a larger amplitude, which is suitable for welding larger and difficult-to-weld products;
20kHzz ultrasonic welding machine power: 1500W~2400W, or higher frequency.Suitable for precision, ultra-thin, and very fragile plastic parts (such as: SD card, crystal oscillator products)
