How to choose ultrasonic and fusion splicer

The most commonly used ultrasound for mask machines are: 15kHz and 20kHz

Features: Mask machine (including: flat automatic mask machine, kN95 automatic mask machine, N95 automatic mask machine, KF94 automatic mask machine, etc.). Ultrasound is one of the most prone to loss components, and the frequency of repairs is also the highest .

How should we choose?

Technical principle:
The higher the ultrasonic frequency, the better the welding accuracy, but the smaller the relative power, the smaller the amplitude.

15kHz ultrasonic welding machine power is divided into: 2600W, 3200W, 4200W.It is easier to make larger sizes and has a larger amplitude, which is suitable for welding larger and difficult-to-weld products;
20kHzz ultrasonic welding machine power: 1500W~2400W, or higher frequency.Suitable for precision, ultra-thin, and very fragile plastic parts (such as: SD card, crystal oscillator products)
